Zamboanga del Sur is part of Zamboanga Peninsula and its capital is Pagadian City which is called the Little Hong Kong of the South. Since my uncle and his family live there, I and my mom wanted to visit them. We flew from Cebu to Pagadian via Cebu Pacific and it was only an hour travel.
When we arrived at the airport, we were amazed with how their tricycles look. We’re kinda scared to get in but it would be an adventure to try it so we hopped in and we traveled from the airport to my uncle’s casa. At long last, I met my cousins for merely 3 years of not seeing them. On our first day in Pagadian, we went for a night swimming in Springland Resort just few minutes drive from my uncle’s house.
On our second day, we went shopping to Gaisano Capital Pagadian and People’s Mart.
Third day was amazing for we decided to go on a nature trip in Manga Falls. An awesome falls which took us about 15-min walk thru a thick forest with lots of ginormous trees. It was great and we had fun walking while grasping air to breathe.
We also visited Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur to go to a shrine but we weren’t able to get in. So, we went to Sto. Nino Parish Church and prayed.
Then, we left Pagadian on the next day, still wanting for another and different adventure.
